yeah... I didn't get a greeting from blogspot when I first came to this website, but it's nice to imagine that I did.
Anyways I'm Duran Visek from San Fransisco, California... but I moved down to Cape Coral,Florida when i was 4 and i don't really remember anything from San Fransisco so I technical I'm more from cape coral than I am from San Fransisco, but they're all just names and places, just like every other geological area in the world. anyways, after 10 years of my life dedicated to cape coma, I finally got out of there with one phone call... the phone call that changed my life forever, Mr. Mike Mangini (Jonas Brothers, Joss Stone, Baha Men). homeboy calls me up and tells me about this kid name Ben Spremulli who shreds like Van Halen at only 12. Mangini wanted to set up a band so I got the plane tickets, packed my small black little suitcase and flew up to Connecticut! me and Ben clicked, decided to start something and began looking for a drummer. Caitlin Kalafus. big on YouTube, big on the local scene, and big on breaking world records with the world fastest female drummer (foot division), we met up with her two towns away and jammed a little to get the vibe a little bit. after feeling pretty good about it we moved on to find a bassist... which only took us 20 seconds. Caitlin's sister Carly fit just right. she tried out, nailed, and was immediately recruited to the "project".

ReplyDeleteWe our two teenage reporters, we write a Kicking Daisies blog(kickingdaisiesfanblog.blogspot.com), and a music blog(musicloversmania.blogspot.com) and we were wondering if you were coming to North Carolina or Florida anytime soon? Because we would really like to get an interview. And it would also be a great oppurtunity to surprise our friend who is a huge KD and Ben Spremulli fan:) If we set up an interview we weren;'t going to tell her, and she would be so unbelievably happy!
